Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process

  2. Return Address: If no return label is included in your package, please use the following address for returns:

  3. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get a different item, return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
